You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Property assessments provided by thesedigs are for general guidance only. They do not constitute professional building, legal, financial, or insurance advice.

Assessment scores and findings are based on available data at the time of assessment and may not reflect current conditions. We strongly recommend commissioning independent professional inspections — building and pest, strata, and legal — before purchasing or committing to lease any property.

thesedigs makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any assessment information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@thesedigs.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not use your account for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Profile information you provide (such as commute preferences and budget range) is used solely to personalise your experience on thesedigs and is not sold to third parties.

All content on thesedigs, including assessment methodology, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to thesedigs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, thesedigs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any assessment information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of thesedigs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
